Terms of service

Using soleilwear.co means you accept these terms. The site shows the Soleilwear range and sends you to buy from our retail partner, so the terms are short.

Prices, sizes and ratings

Prices, sizes, battery capacities and star ratings come from our last catalog update. A price can move between that update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A size or a set that stops being offered leaves this site at the next update.

Orders, payment and returns

Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return or exchange, including a size swap.

Heat, batteries and travel

Our guides explain how the heating panels and the power banks work and cite public sources on lithium batteries and air travel. They are general information. The manual in the box decides how you use and wash a garment, and the airline you fly with has the last word on the batteries in your bag.
